Coronated King Of Poprock after 1983's Rebel Yell LP, one man firmly held the decade by the balls. Keeping the Coven of rocknroll in a warm state during the midnight hours, the 80s are once again shook by Billy Idol.

A hot guitar-shuffle drives the "World's Forgotten Boy" into oblivion. Electrified to a tee, the livewire feel of "Soul Standing By" and "Man For All Seasons" are sure to make air-guitar a national sport. The sugary poison of "Don't Need A Gun" and "Fatal Charm" are sweet cyanide, while the smoothness of "Beyond Belief" dreams away in ecstasy. William Bell's reprise of "To Be A Lover", also receives a well deserved powersurge.

Idol is vital !

RIAA-certified Platinum and always certified killer cool, Billy Idol was on top of poprock's food-chain. The last Steve Stevens collaboration, for a while, as the black wedding would split and the cyberpunk would further himself into rocknroll's lovely shenanigans. The new decade would present a new idol: 1990's Charmed Life CD.
